Accessibility Statement
I’ REGOLO DI PASQUA FRANCESCA is committed to making its website accessible, conformably to Law no. 4 of January 9, 2004. This accessibility statement applies to i-regolo.com.
Compliance Status
Partially Compliant
This website is partially compliant with the requirements of Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the cases of non-compliance and the exceptions listed below.
Non-accessible Content
The contents listed below are non-accessible for the following reason: non-compliance with Law no. 4 of January 9, 2004.
- Non-textual content: some functional images may not present a descriptive or sufficiently adequate alternative text.
- Minimum contrast: some texts or components may not respect the minimum color contrast ratio*.
- Visible focus: some buttons or elements may not present a sufficiently visible indicator when they receive keyboard focus**.
- There might be links and/or buttons:
- that need to be better defined (e.g., discover more) in describing their respective purpose/destination.
- that use the same label, but which link to different destinations.
- lacking a label, descriptive text, and/or missing adequate ARIA attributes.
- There might be elements such as IFRAMES lacking an identifying TITLE attribute.
- Some links might be redundant and cause difficulties in navigation through assistive technologies or by keyboard.
- The carousels used (e.g., to show image galleries) might not be fully accessible and/or easily usable for users who use assistive technologies.
- Navigation is not very fluid, especially on mobile and/or for those who use assistive technologies or keyboard navigation (e.g., link “Skip to content” and “Menu” page navigation buttons).
- There might be elements and/or parts (e.g., ARIA-LABEL) in different languages, which are not correctly translated and/or marked with specific attributes.
Reports of false positives detected by automatic tools:
During the technical analysis, some erroneous reports emerged from the automatic validator MAUVE++, including:
- Presumed color contrast and/or focus issues on elements that, upon visual and instrumental verification, are fully compliant.
- Presumed visible focus issues on buttons or elements that, upon visual and instrumental verification, are fully compliant.
These false positives have been documented and do not represent real criticalities for the site’s accessibility.
These elements have been documented as part of the technical analysis supporting this declaration. Any adjustment interventions will be evaluated and planned based on the priorities identified by the company, which confirms its willingness to progressively improve the site’s accessibility and guarantee an inclusive experience for all users.
Note: the site was developed with the WordPress CMS, and therefore uses functionalities introduced by the theme and/or plugins in use, which consequently require direct interventions on their code to attempt to resolve any accessibility issues described above. In this regard, since its own development and/or code writing logic is used, this means that they are not immediately resolvable and will therefore be addressed more specifically following further analysis or during future interventions.
Drafting of the Accessibility Statement
This statement was drafted on 10/31/2025, based on a technical evaluation carried out by third parties, comprising objective and subjective analyses, in conformity with Article 3, paragraph 1, of the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523 and the AgID Guidelines.
The statement was last reviewed on 10/31/2025, in conformity with the recommendation to periodically verify its accuracy, even in the absence of substantial modifications.
This statement will be updated at least once a year or in case of significant modifications to the website.
