This is our motto, the phrase that encompasses the essence of Pizzeria I’ Regolo di Scarperia and San Piero in Sieve in Mugello.
The slow-moving, wood-baking pizza is our flagship and also our most popular and most requested dish.
The place is equipped with a large veranda, which in summer allows you to dine outdoors. The interior rooms, rustic and rich in tradition, are suitable for hosting small and large groups. Being a family-friendly pizzeria we are happy to host families with children, to which we provide any kind of comfort and attention.
